By accessing or using the Alchemy Plumbing website (alchemyplumbing.ca) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Alchemy Plumbing provides licensed plumbing services in Ontario, including emergency plumbing, high-rise plumbing, water heater installation and repair, leak detection, sewer line services, and bathroom and kitchen plumbing. All services are subject to a site assessment and quote prior to commencement.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Final invoiced amounts may vary from estimates if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment.
- Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Emergency service rates apply to work performed outside standard business hours, weekends, and statutory holidays.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior written agreement has been made. We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Overdue invoices are subject to interest at 2% per month (24% per annum) compounded monthly.
4. Warranty
Alchemy Plumbing warrants all labour for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to any parts or equipment installed. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or acts of nature.
5. Limitation of Liability
Alchemy Plumbing's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use or water damage caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of service.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Same-day cancellations for scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule.
7. Website Use
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Alchemy Plumbing and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
